6. Customs & Import Duties For orders shipped to the United States and Canada, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.

7. Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the parcel is unclaimed, it may be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@demelitesltd.com with your order number and photos where applicable. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
