RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Demelites Ltd (demelitesltd.com), we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our obligations under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. Your Right to Cancel You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s) without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at support@demelitesltd.com within 14 days of delivery.

2. Returns Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

We do not accept returns on items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.

3. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Card — refunded to the original card
• PayPal — refunded to your PayPal account
• Shop Pay — refunded to your original payment method
• Apple Pay — refunded to your original payment method
• Google Pay — refunded to your original payment method

4. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as final sale
• Personalised or custom orders
• Items returned outside the 14-day return window

5. Faulty or Damaged Items If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@demelitesltd.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

6. Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
